The Evening

The coziest night of the season.

You'll be welcomed in the heart of Elora at the Coldwell Banker Neumann office on Victoria Street — the room warm, the punch poured, Christmas playing low. The team from Drimmie Florist will guide you through building a lush indoor planter: layered evergreens, winter berries, and taper candles rising out of the green.

Come in your favourite Christmas sweater or your comfiest Christmas jammies — both are not just welcome, they're highly recommended. Everything you make, and everything in your swag bag, comes home with you.

Your candlelit planter

A full indoor Christmas planter with taper candles — built by you, styled for your table, and ready to glow all season.

Drinks & seasonal snacks

As always — festive drinks and seasonal snacks served while you work. Non-alcoholic options gladly poured.

Swag bag, local goodies

A bag of goodies from local makers to take home alongside your planter — our thank-you for spending the evening with us.

Sweaters & jammies

The dress code is cozy: Christmas sweaters or Christmas jammies, highly recommended. Prizes may find the best-dressed.

Fourteen seats only

Kept intentionally small for real guidance and a relaxed pace. When it's full, it's full.

The Inspiration

Moody, candlelit, unmistakably Christmas.

This is the mood we're chasing — deep evergreens, winter berries, velvet ribbon, and candlelight. Your planter will be your own take on it. Tap any photo to see it full screen.

The footed stone urn planter each guest builds in and takes home

The Vessel

Built in stone, yours to keep.

Every guest builds in this footed, French-style stone urn — weighty, sculptural, and beautiful long after the holidays. When the season turns, replant it: spring bulbs, summer blooms, autumn branches. One workshop, a vessel for every season after.

  • Included in your ticket — yours to take home
  • Holds your candlelit arrangement through the holidays
  • Replant it season after season, year after year
